Waiting 10 min longer than the guy taken before me...he said he didn't have an appointment. Yet they come and say you have an appointment right, and he says, "sure, yea". I don't mind letting the 45-year-old guy go before me, the 30-year-old guy, but let's not pretend he has an appointment n let him go first. I've been waiting now 35 min to get a new debit card and praying I make it before they close in 30 min.
